I was travelling with my Wife and children in Victoria in our Winnebago motorhome (Iveco Daily truck) when my brake slave cylinder failed. We were due to go onto the boat for Tasmania the next day and the guys from Etheridge kindly rose to the challenge of ordering and fitted up the new unit. That was three years ago and everything is still working perfectly (as you would expect!). David and the team could not be more professional and helpful and the cost was very reasonable. Quite a feat for a large dealership with bigger overheads. Well done Etheridge Ford, see you next time I am in Melbourne!

Not good experience there at all, my wife needs a car urgently for her work, we went to deal with this sales person named Brian Richardson, it was all good in the beginning, and we talked about kids and families. And we did not blame him push us for the contract. He promised us to deliver the vehicle within 10 days, when my wife notice he did not put delivery date on the contract, he just kept saying to us it was not a matter, the car will be in your hand definitely in 10 days. But he called us 2 days later telling us he could not deliver the car, on the phone he did not have any feeling of sorry. And when i wanted to talk to his manager, he just lied to me his manager was off work that day, but actually i approached his manager through the reception. Lying to customers is disgusting dead.
