Great price, great service. Europcar is my favourite car rental company in Aus. We had a particularly great experience with the Gold Coast/Coolangatta Airport location. They sent us a survey and we gave them some positive feedback about their service and included some negative feedback about the Cairns airport location. The Gold Coast/Coolangatta location called us to thank us for completing the survey and even apologised for the less desirable experience we had at the other location. He promised that he would pass our comments along because those two locations work closely together. That's really going out of his way to help the brand. Two thumbs up!
