0/3 Info given when hiring was misleading. Still waiting for the $5000 excess that we were verbally guaranteed would be back in our accounts within 10 days due to a hire car employee running into the back of our vehicle! 3 months later and still waiting. Have not received any updates on claim unless we have called/emailed. Very poor service. Will NEVER USE AGAIN!
