0/3 I had a small job required on a VW van - replacing the bushes on the gear linkage. They said they could do it so I dropped the car off at night. The next day they quoted that it would be $70 for parts and 5.5 hours labour - $650 total. I knew it was a small job so questioned the labour quote and got told that if I wasn't happy to come and collect the car. I then rang Bill Buckle at Mona vale and they fitted me in before the weekend and it cost $45 for the parts and took them 1.5 hours for a total of $231.
