Go in with low expectations and you wont be disappointed, rooms tiny, shower tiny, air conditioner hums loud. On the flip side close to the main attractions, staff okay $95/night

Nice location, quiet but very central. Staff very helpful. Clean and tidy room. Small but had all I needed. A bit annoying that a/c unit was ancient and loud but it worked. I would definitely stay there again.

Our visit to this hotel was a decision by price as we have never been dissatisfied by doing it this way. Boy, were we wrong. $90.00 for one night, the room was 8 X 8 feet where you could reach from your bed to wash your hands in the ensuite. When we first entered the hotel, it looked okay but the look on the girls face was that of annoyance as if she was interrupted by our visit as she was watching tv on the big screen in the foyer. Asking where to park our vehicle, she gave us a map to the parking facilities which were about five city blocks away and we had to walk back. The room was the most disgusting I had ever seen. The double bed nearly touched the walls, the shower was less than the size of a single door kitchen pantry and the smell was something I do not ever want to remember. No soap, no toilet paper, no nothing. The airconditioner was held in place with grey duct tape. deciding to go and have something to eat as it was 8.30 at night. Leaving the room, a nice looking lady passed us and in the foyer, we saw two more well dressed young ladies with men waiting outside. It was a conclusion that they were hookers and the Explorers Inn was a haven for prostitutes. If you like the smell of urine and semen and if you stay the night, be prepared to hear screams and gun shots. BTW.....the parking was to be $28 for 24 hours. It cost us $170. I would have been better off sleeping with the homeless that night.

This joint sucks. The worst place I have stayed at by far. Everyone do yourself favour and go somewhere else. Nothing good here.

I stayed for 2 horrible nights and have to say it is the worst place I have ever stayed. The bathroom could only fit one person, and that was still a tight fit. The shower was a standup-only shower in the shape of a triangle. I could hardly stand up in it. The smell in the room was disgusting and there were no windows in the room. I should have done some research before I booked this place via wotif.
