Our family love going to Videoland. They have every conceivable title and game. As for the lady in her late 50's etc, I find her demeanour hilarous. She told me off for leaving something on the counter too long and I burst out laughing!

We love the service at videoland the staff are always friendly and helpful much better than the big chain stores who charge too much for a video that has to be returned because they don;t work!, keep up the good work, Bless you Rebekah and Luke

The person working behind the counter is a woman in her late 50's, early 60s . Her demeanor is so condescending and patronising towards the customers that I will never ever go back there. YOU;LL HAVE TO WAIT! She roared back at me , then acted as if she was doing me a favor or begging her for money. Perhaps it was my foreign accent who knows what went through this person's mind, but she's definetely EXTREMELY RUDE and ABRUPT. Dont bother! Go to video Ezy instead!
