Fantastic Furniture Thomastown

Brought a couch, took 3 weeks to be made. after 3 months a 1 inch tear develops on the cushion, I return the cushion and was told a 3 week repair ??? my couch took 3 weeks to be made! that 3 weeks turned into 6 and was told could have be possibly 8 weeks. I spewed and the useless manager kept telling me she would ring me back and never did. I was the one who had ot keep on her. I got sick of it and rang head office and managed to be connected to the regional manager which he got things rolling and gave me affirmative answers and got my cushion back before the 8 week mark only because I think I put the pressure on the regional manager. If i knew all of this I would have taken it to the tailor in the mall just to stitch up the 1 inch. Would I go back to another fantastic furniture NEVER! ..is the manager of thomastown usless YES!!!

Very nice furniture, lovely staff, BUT very unprofessional service, had to wait 6 weeks for furniture to arrive, then i was told i had to wait another 6 weeks, i received most of the furniture but not all. I had to keep ringing them asking when i was going to receive the rest, they kept pushing the date back, so i ended up asking for my money back.. Very unreliable service, very mad customer. dont recommended to anyone
