Fields on Chasely

Never in my life have I received such appalling service from an accommodation provider. Not only was this company unprofessional, rude, abusive and bordering on unhinged, but they are so outdated they don't even have Credit Card facilities to pay for accommodation. After having accommodation booked 3 weeks in advance, I was told the day before I was due to arrive that they were rejecting my booking as they had not received payment (even though this had been cleared with them earlier that they would be paid 3 days after my arrival), and it 'wasn't their problem' that I had nowhere else to stay as they had already given away my room (in 12 hours after they confirmed my booking the day before). Even after begging to see if there was any way around it or if i could arrange an alternate method of payment immediately, I was still turned away. After being abused by both the owner and her husband on the phone while trying to work out any possible way for me to stay, I was hung up on. Perhaps a blessing in disguise, I would not even considering staying here again if my life depended on it. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.
