3/3 We stayed the night at Peppers just to try Fins. Was worth it; very bit as good as they say. Food and wine recommendations (they have a specialist sommelier) were excellent. Rarely will you find a restaurant of this calibre (especially seafood-oriented) outside Sydney or Melbourne. No cheap but appropriately priced. We'll be back.

3/3 This is my favorite restaurant ever! Celebrity head chef Steve Snow is amazing & so lovely, I travel 40 mins with my boyfriend just to go here. Modern Contemp, Seafood Inspired. Expect to spend over $250 per couple with drinks entree, mains & dessert. WORTH IT
