Five Spices Thai Cuisine

When Five Spices first opened it blew me away. The bean salad was a vegetarian orgasm, not being a vegetarian that says something, but all you animals lovers out there would melt over the oral saga this dish takes you on. The massaman curry on the other hand, for the carnivore in you, is mouth watering. The gravy is something out of this world, and coupled with the roti is somewhat of a revivant story of backstreet adventures in bangkok. Now for the bad. Consistency. The dirty word of of the restaurant industry. Get it right and everyone is happy, get it wrong and it becomes yet another dining option and not a favorite... Five Spices.. LIsten to me. Do it right, the same time every time and when i am hungry and too lazy to cook you won't just be a dining 'option' but an instant dining choice. Thanks
