I've never spent a lot of money here but I've been treated with respect on every occasion, the staff went out of their way to make sure I was being served and I knew their names. Great work guys, keep it up :)

Nothing but praise for the Guys at Flemington Cycles. Friendly staff and great service. Warranty repairs were no problem and always willing to offer great advice.

Thank god there are bike shops that still provide great service! I have been to 4 shops near home all either didn't want to help or couldn't, the guys @ Flemington Cycles took a quick look at my bike told me what was wrong fixed it and now it works great. Thanks for the great service I will be back!

Took in two bikes to fix. Straight forward job: service one, change the flat tyre on the other. Bike for servicing came back so badly serviced, I had to pay a different bike shop to re-do the gear shifting and breaks. The bike that need the tyre replaced: they threaded the crank, so I need to pay for new pedals and crank - cost me more than the original repair. When I next rode the bike, they had messed with the gears and I came off the bike in traffic, suffering a serious knee injury. I went in and spoke with them about it, and they pretty much shrugged and couldn't care less. The manager heard it all, and didn't even bother to come over and speak with me. He just let is shop assistant (not) deal with it. If I could give them less than a star, I would.

One man down in store, but staff still had time to greet us, letting us know that we would be attended to shortly. Took bicycle early this afternoon to get fixed, they let us know they would do their best to get it done before close of business otherwise by Monday, called back to confirm it was done and was fixed only a couple of hours later. Price of work as expected, no attempted upsell, great response time, good communication. Good customer service.
