Forty Winks Alexandria

Terrible service at this store. We ordered a bed and mattress package and were told 3 weeks delivery - not approx. but 3 weeks. After 4 weeks there was no bed, so I called them and they said that they were waiting to get them in stock from the manufacturer. Ok, so where is the phone call?? After 10 weeks and as many phone calls it was finally in stock. The only time they ever called me was the day before delivery, apparently the mattress got wet in their storeroom and was ruined, so another week delay. Terrible customer service, they dont call you at all and when you do speak to someone in charge they are rude. I have contacted their head office with no response about this. Take your money elsewhere

Great service from Doug. Easy parking. Great selection of beds. All in all an excellent retail experience. Stay away from the crowds in Bondi and come here instead.
