Garden City Medical Centre, Westfield Shopping Centre, 2085 Logan Road, Upper Mt Gravatt

Terrible. Doctor kept me waiting 40minutes, then when I saw him he talked over the top of me and didn't listen to what I was trying to tell him. I asked him for advice on the typhoid vaccine and he didn't even know what it was! I ended up looking up 'Typhoid' on my iphone and reading out to him what it was before he could even find it in his book or on his system! Had vaccinations for Twinrix and Typhoid, and have been suffering muscular twitching and chronic pain in my arms and legs ever since! This has been continuing for over a week now! Will never go back there, or recommend it.

I LOVE this medical centre. I agree it's really difficult to get an appointment! But always well worth it. My dr is especially difficult to get a hold of because she's so GOOD! And I have to wait a long time sometimes, but we plan ahead for it now - and the girls in there are great we just ring ahead to check she's running okay. She's late because she actually SPENDS the time that is needed with each person and makes sure you get the BEST TREAQTMENT. She is FANTASTIC!

Oh my god. I will never go this medical centre ever again! I made a booking at 3pm, I was there 5mins befor 3pm and the staff said "won't bo long!" I was waiting until 3:55pm and I asked the one of staff that How long should I wait for more nicely. Suddenly she said the dotor left for emergency situation. I understand that kind of things are always happening in there, but she did not even ask us that we want to wait or come back again next time not making us waiting until I asked for it after 1 hour!. and They said they dont even know what time he is coming back. so do they mean the patients are waiting for the doctor until when that they even dont know when is coming back? there were so many other paitients and only one doctor was there. I dont think the staff know that their job is organizing things and I was not happy at all. That emergency can happen and it is important I know. I am not stupid. but If they tell me nicely then I wouldnt mind my one hour. but they say sorry not even nicely and said what do you want me to do? nothing I can do for you! wow so mean. It was very convienient for them to say that to me who wasted of my time an hour!...... I dont think that the staffs care about you at all.
