Good array of used vehicles and well presented - you will find similar or comparable models for lower prices but you will have to search around. Mark, the used cars sales manager is a good guy and knows the value of customer service. If you can deal with him and him alone you will get what you want. When you are in "buying mode" you will get all the attention and service you want, however after you have purchased, if you need any kind of follow-up, expect condescending middle-aged men to stare through you and give you some short shrift. Bite your tongue and get through it - at the end of the day these guys are just used car salesmen.

I bought my car from this dealership in September of 2009 and the experience was less than pleasant. While they have a large choice of vehicles, I had to speak to several people before anyone would come to the yard and attend to me. I also found the person carrying out the actual sales to be quite rude, making several unsavoury comments about my credit card before putting it through. Lastly, they did not carry out the fixes on the car I had asked for - a new tyre was needed but they simply replaced it with the spare that was already there. In my honest opinion, if you are buying a $19000 car, you should expect brilliant service. These guys are a bunch of fat cats who accept that car sales people are dodgy and do nothing to change the image.
