Wow the food at this place is spectacular. Every dish was made to perfection. It's edible art on a plate! Just lovely. The service is good once they warm up to you! The space is very cool. Had a fabulous birthday dinner here earlier this year. The food is to die for. Loved it.

A line between sophistication and quirky the unique dining location matched the experience. Truly inventive dishes that are excitingly stimulating to the eye and taste buds. Of course the liquid Gnocchi which explodes in your mouth was incredible a must when dining, subtle and determined flavours. A never before seen take on a Pavlova is difficult to describe but yet the name 'Nitro Pavlova' assists in assuming the futuristic appearance. With bubbles a splash of dragon fruit, mango, pineapple and coconut the pavlova to me lacked crunch. This restaurant truly differentiates itself from others, food can be an art form yet some dishes lacked the essence of flavour.

The dining here is certainly an experience. The food is inventive, delicous and the service is impeccable. There is a good selection of wine with expert advise to match. This isn't the place to visit every week for a comfort meal but definitely an experience everyone should have.

I will always remember the soup with bursting ravioli balls and parmesan crust as the highlight of my visits here. The food is always a bit surprising but super tasty. Some places are fancy just for the sake of it which means that the food turns out a bit odd. Have never felt that with Gastro Park. Also each dish is always so delightful to look at, which is part of the whole experience.

Grant King's food is amazingly creative. Most of the dishes are a play of different textures and flavours that complement each other very very well. Never have i eaten a boring dish from this establishment. The wine list is small and concise, geared towards perfect matching with Grant King's food. A must visit restaurant in Sydney
