Glow Worm Bicycles

It's more than a year since we bought two electric bikes from Glow Worm Bikes. We bought the fold-up eZi-quando, so that we could pop them in our car & ride in different areas. Maurice answered all our numerous questions without any hard sell & helped us choose the best bike for what we wanted. The transition to being cyclists has been easy & now we rarely use the car. As for service, we have no complaints - service is excellent. Plus they have a heap of accessories. We have found the staff to always be friendly & helpful. Customers often talk to each other while they are waiting. It feels like we have become part of the Glow Worm family.

Nice staff, relaxed when chatting to the customers and have so far always been happy to explain what needed doing. Twice I have rocked up without an appointment and they were able to have a go at fixing my bike on the spot (I was probably a bit lucky and it wasn't the weekend)

I went in to the store because my rear wheel was loose. They told me that was going to be ready within the same day or the next day, but it finally took 3 days and i had to call them to see if it was ready...poor customer service. In addition, after a few days my wheel was loose again !!? so, i took it again and they told that maybe was their mistake.So , they repaired it again.But, a few days later same problem. And now finally the solution is to buy a new wheel. My question is shouldn't they be able to recognise straight away when they are overhauling the wheel that is not possible to repair? instead of make me spend money for a service that is totally useless

Best bike shop ever! An amazing range of stuff packed into the shop, really friendly and helpful and always do a great job of servicing my bike even though I didn't buy it from here. Discovered this shop about a year ago and have been back several times. Thanks guys!

I needed my prams pneumatic tyres fixed and although this is a bike shop, I called ahead to see if they were able to help me. They were nice over the phone and even nicer when I came into the shop. Extremely helpful and wonderful customer service. It was a simple issue to be fixed so walked out with a fixed pram and they didn't try and charge me for their time which was great. Although if I ever need a new bike or our current bikes repaired, I know where to visit-Glow Worm Bicycles.
