Excellent online presence. I placed an order and it arrived at my door (all the way in Canberra) the next day. Great customer service and will be definitely shopping again. Also, very competitive prices for White Industries products compared to other Australian stockists.

Has been our Local Bike shop of choice for many many years now. Always been super helpful getting me anything I wanted no matter how far out of the box. Great Mechanic's and good service, cant recommend more highly.

Not particularly happy, to be honest. Been to the shop twice and both times felt that the service wasn't very honest. Friendly, sure, but I'll take lukewarm honesty over a smiling rip-off any time. First time I went to the shop just to buy a new tube to replace a flat one. I was about to pick up a Tioga tube for $10, when the guy told me I can have it installed for $20 all up, I fugred I might as well go for it as I didn't have much experience back then. Much to my dismay, the valve failed in 2 weeks, and when I pulled the tube out to change it I realised that it's just a CST. Although many people have wonderful experiences with CST tubes, I have to say that pretty much every one I have ever had has failed - valve failures, seam splits, frequent pinch flats, which I just don't get with my Contis. Sure, valve failures can happen with any brand, but the point is that when I thought I was getting a regular quality tube, I was getting a no-quality tube for twice the price. The second time I went to the shop to get a new set of brake pads. I had fork clearance issues with my brakes, so I needed them to be short. I asked the lady to help me measure a set of pads I had picked out, but was told not to worry about it and just buy them, measure them at home, and if they don't fit, bring them back for a complete refund. Turned out, they wouldn't fit, so I went to return them the next day. In the shop I was told that they do not do refunds, they only give store credit. Politely pointing out the fact that the pads were unopened and that I was told that I would be given a refund did not change the situation. "Are you one of our registered customers?" - "Nope" - "Well, now you are!". Very friendly. Eventually I went to the store to use up my credit and pretty much just stocked up on chain lube. Didn't want my credit to miraculously expire or anything like that. You may say that I only had two minor visits to the store, but I think that was enough for me to draw my conclusion. I mean, if I get basically ripped off on such small items, I wouldn't want to spend any more money there. You know, friendliness is just basic customer service, it's not what I go to a shop for. Besides, whenever I saw the guys on the roads, the friendliness somehow vanished completely, so I'm not so sure that it is genuine either. YMMV, but I've had much better experience with other shops in the area.
