0/3 DO NOT USE H AND R BLOCK! They are rude, get it wrong anyway, make you do all the work and over charge. If you try and complain ..... don't bother the district manager is just as bad. Go elsewhere.

0/3 I called in to ask if I can see a CPA accountant and the lady at the reception was rude and said that she don't know if they are cpa or not. When I requested that if she can confirm she said that they are all busy and she can't do it now. ended up cancelling my appointment.
