It is a VERY nice place to go to if you arrive at a regular meal time or the busier hours so the food is all fresh. However if you decide to go at an odd hour just before or after a movie, then dont even bother as it seems like you are being fed the lunch or dinner time left overs that have been thrown in the microwave. The beef noodle dish I got looked like it had pieces of other dishes thrown in to bulk it up a bit to fit the size I ordered...3 different types of noodles in there instead of the 1 listed. We also ordered cegetarian springrolls as a side at least 1 of them had meat and seafood in. Its lucky I got that 1 as my friend is highly allergic to seafood and a strict vegetarian but they also seemed to have just thrown them in the microwave ad they were an oily soggy mess. Thereobviously wasnt enough veg. ones left over from the lunch rush to make an order so they threw in a meat one. Ive never had such a bad meal at any of their restaurants but that one really turned me off. I will certainly never go again after peak meal times. Although ive been to other stores at odd hours and it has been fine. So it just seems to be the innaloo store at 2:30pm. Ive given it a rating of good instead of poor as it was only that once at that time I had a bad meal. Other visits had been fine!

My friend and I were waiting to be seated and we got shown a table to sit at we advised the person we were still waiting for one more friend to come. Once our friend came(5mins) later we were asked if we were ready to order. She then came back 2mins later asking if we were reading. We said no not yet we will advise you. One of the staff meembers pulled the longest face ever! they all did really, they looked so unhappy to be working. She came back again and asked us we advised her we would tell her when we were ready. The fact that the staff members were so unhappy really made me just want to leave and eat somewhere else! Making your customers feel like they're welcome is vital! The only good thing was the food came out fast

My daughter and her friend ordered takeaway green chicken curry on Friday night. They thought the food smelt a little funny but they both ate it. The next day they were both violently ill for 24 hours with a suspected bout of food poisoning.

If this was the last place on earth serving asian food - i would rather starve! The service is non existant so nothing to say there. i had better food on air china. And with a cafeteria like ambience its great for those intimate dinners for 50. The highlight of our evening is a tough chpice, it was either when we tried to get up from our chair only to have to wreslt with it as it was stuck to the floor or it was when the bug crawled across my arm.... Tough choice. Seriously though... stay away!
