Amazing mocha torte and pistachio ice cream! And some tasteful music too!

Went here for our anniversary dinner a week ago. Although we booked ages ago our table was square in the middle of the room near the loos. The waiter was too pushy for us and generally it wasn't up to our expectations. The truffle ice cream is some thing I won't go for again!

First time the service was good and the food was great. The second time for my daughter's 21st birthday dinner we were appalled at the quality of the food we'd eaten a few weeks earlier. It was sadly disappointing after raving about the lovely meal we'd had to my daughter to convince her to have the dinner there for the family. Not worth the money.

We went to Harvest with friends and between us had the worst meal that we have had for years. The fish was so overcooked that it was like mush and the tomato salad had those cheap, white in the center, tasteless tomatoes. A table next to us also said that their meal was truly unacceptable and at $42 for a tiny main, we won't be going back. There are too many other excellent places nearby. The service was also slow and at times invisible.

We had the tasting menu (degustation) on a Saturday night - the food was great, the wine well matched and the staff friendly and helpful. The servings weren't large, but after 6 courses we felt well fed and happy. It wasn't a cheap meal, and if we had spent any more I would definitely have wanted a waiter dedicated to our table, rather than a revolving cast - with a new face bringing every course - but overall it was a really nice experience.
