Harvey Norman - Erina

Had great advice on a gaming computer from Evan, at H/N Erina today. He was happy to answer lots of questions and share lots of tech information, which was great for a parent looking for the "right" computer for Christmas. Good deal too on an HP PC.

Bought a leather lounge, and when delivered it had large scars on the main seating areas, called HN and spoke with Emma, in Furniture. Straight away offered an exchange on the strength of the photos I sent across, no argument just good old fashion service. And when the manufacturer stated that this was normal with leather ( a nine inch scar across the main seating area normal????) and that they would not replace it, HN/Emma offered a replacement at their cost! This is the first review I have ever written, and will be back to HN for my next purchases...thanks HN Erina/Emma...outstanding.

Just wasted an hour along with several hundred other Harvey Norman Erina Customers for their big birthday draw. You could only get an entry in this draw when you purhased something and were told at point of purchase you must be on site for the draw on Sunday March 31st. The first entry drawn, the manager and a staffer dissappear with it into the store to verify the purchase ????????? that entry does not qualify and only they know who it is !!! Redrawn, the second drawn entry, the manager takes off into the store again and this one is verified. The winner is not on site, but is still the winner. What a Joke !!!!! if it smells off it probably is, lost me forever as a customer Harvey Norman, hope everyone else who was there for your scam feels the same way.
