Harvey Norman Lismore

My last 6 months have been a technological nightmare. It seems every gadget I've purchased online has broken and while it was technically still in warranty, after spending countless hours on the phone and my new product being 'assessed' for up to two months, I swear the 20% discount i received was the most costly saving I've ever made. And then to top it off my dishwasher breaks down. And just out of warranty of course. No joy from Ariston but a visit to Tony Symonds in Harvey Norman Lismore and I've not only got a new dishwasher but had some of the best customer service I've had. Ever. In the e commerce era local business's have to work tremendously hard to retain viability amid unfairly high overheads (I know as i too run my own business) This is one company that is a wonderful reminder that there is no substitute for real people offering real service and solid dependable support.
