After hearing very bad reviews from locals I thought I'd give them a go because I would imagine it is hard for small business's to survive in Hedland and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. After many attempts to secure an appointment I managed to attain a free time slot, during this time I witnessed a phone manner that needed urgent attention to manners and etiquette. Then when I was on time for my appointment after waiting10 minutes, they took the lady that came in after me was 40 minutes late for her own appointment! Not impressed, as I'm sure most of the working demographic here would agree that time is precious and when we are not working its usually a scheduled event, being that the majority works 12 hour shifts with limited tea breaks. Understandably I've found a lot of home business's that are sole operaters and are wanting the clientele, I will be supporting those who want my business and in return will get a large number of recommendations. Sorry Beauty Shed, I would rather spend $600 on a return ticket to Perth than support you and your rude staff! Good luck!
