The cafe is actually quite nice if you don't have high expectations of it. The coffee is good and although it's a cafe, the food is great. The staff, however, seems a little distracted and stressed.

Different variety of food. Good location. I never been to a restaurant with so many different types of sandwiches. I went there with my family including two kids. Every one of them really enjoyed and the price is reasonable. I will highly recommend to my friend and everyone that I know.

I ordered a cheesecake and a macchiato, the cheesecake was good, but instead of a macchiato they brought me a piccolo (in a latte glass). I asked what it was and they confirmed that it was a macchiato by their standards. I sent it back (they didn't offer a refund) and asked for a ristretto instead. The young waitress thought I wanted a risotto, so I went straight to the barista and asked for a ristretto. She had no idea what it was, so I ordered an espresso instead. When they brought it to me it was burnt, so I didn't drink it. I had to pay for both coffees anyway (they're not cheap either: $3.80 for an espresso!). I doubt I'll never set my foot in here again.

Nice little cafe in the heart of Ashfield. If your a smoker, there is a nice little area out the front next to but separate from pedestrian traffic which is a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee overlooking Liverpool Road.

Keeping in mind this is a café, the food is excellent. I've been here breakfast lunch and dinner many times and have not left disappointed. The coffee is decent and my steak has always been perfectly medium rare. The lunches come in around the $10-15 while the dinner mains are $25. At $25 the main serving could be a tad bigger but cause it has always been cooked perfectly I have no problem with them. The dessert range is great too, served in a range of different style glasses they look amazing being walked through the store. From what I've read about the service, an impatient person may not appreciate the language barrier. Sure you may have to repeat the order and sometimes succumb to pointing it out on the menu. Being predominantly run by Asian staff with English being not there first language this doesn't come to me as a surprise. The toilets out back could use a little makeover but at least they offer them. I love this place and bring friends and family here all the time and would recommend to all.
