Horizon Physiotherapy

I had strained the muscle that stretches from your head down to your lower back. I couldn't move my head to look down and every time i tried it hurt. I was told to do a range of motions so that she could see what exactly the problem is. After which she asked me what my 'usual' method of physio treatment was. An unusual question as I thought she was the professional giving me the advise and treatment. I responded with 'massage and heat packs' and she lied me down to give me a light massage whilst talking frequently about social topics. She asked me if it hurt but she was not pushing hard enough so i didn't know how to respond. After the massage we did the range of motions again to see if there was any improvement. I hurt in the exact same place to exactly the same extent. She looked a little confused and continued to say 'the massage will start working soon'. I said ok and asked if i could ask a question about my knee quickly and she said no another time some one else is waiting. I left a very unsatisfied customer and will not return to the same clinic for i believe my experience there was both waste of time and money.

Greg and team are fantastic. I've had a bad back, and tried a chiro, but Greg was able to isolate my issue and put together a rehab plan. Highly regarded!
