0/3 Charged over $700 to repair a surface scuff that could have been polished out with rubbing compound. scuff = surface abrasion 4cm x 4cm not breaking through any paint layers or deforming any panels, scuff probably as a result of a light trafic film on the car. Avoid. To be fair, they might have had not choice having been forced to sign with NRMA who must have added 100% to their bill, Avoid both.
