Hotel Formule 1 Brisbane Airport

Room very small. No coffee, etc. No fridge, no cups, no hand towels, no bath mat, no chairs. Hardly enough space on floor for bags. Never again even though its close to airport and car parking.

The room is just a dirty closet. It looks like nobody had ever vacuumed, and there are dead bugs still squished to the walls. There are no amenities, the only food choice is from a vending machine. The bathroom is very dirty, definately wear sandals if you plan to use the shower. There is no hair dryer, but I would be weary of using it if there was one, there's no telling what you would be blowing around. Next time I will sleep in my rental car!!

Website Missleading. I have been searching for a pet friendly motel for our stayover near Brisbane airport before out early morning flight. After searching through this hotel's website it said that they have pet friendly rooms, it even came up with a link to book 1 of these pet friendly rooms, however when i rang them, the receptionist told me straight out NO, no pets allowed! They need to change their details on their website!!

As other said, you get what you pay for. It was close to the airport, clean, and cheap. But you indeed don't get much: the room is small, the bathroom is small, and you need to ask soap from the reception if it's open (or bring your own along with shampoo). On the plus side, they had laundry facilities and a shared fridge and microwave you could use.

I had to stay at this place for one night because I missed my flight - due to a miscalculation by Virgin Blue. The hotel is disgusting. I was sitting at the computer downstairs using the internet - when a cockroach tried to run up my leg. Luckily I had flip flops, so I stamped it out, and left it on the floor for everyone to see! The rooms have beds that look like they belong in a kindergarten. There are no shower curtains in the showers either - so the water goes all over the floor. The location is in an industrial zone - so good luck finding a place that sell ANY food...
