The most horrible place for a child to be. I have my son enrolled at the hyde park centre and been trapped with them for a year now. I finally found another place to take my son to. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR LOOKS!! these guys are not genuine in their care. They have no processes, no responsibility and they just dont care about it. The staff is hopeless and continuously changing on weekly or bi-weekly bases. It is not just us but taking to other parents, they are pulling their kids out as soon as they can. In the hottest day, my son is playing under the sun with his jacket on and in the coldest day he is left with only a wet t-shirt on. It happens so often that half way through the week my son comes back sick only to find one of us forced to take leave off work to take care of him for the rest of the week (while still paying for his absence). By the time my son gets better on the weekend, the cycle repeats on the following week! ... really exhausting!! but worse no one cares when we talk to the staff or the director! ... did I mention a director? .. well they had three or four of them in a span of one year! (I lost count, god helps the children there). Food is always pasta, pasta this pasta that and if it is not pasta then it is lasagna! Who cares if the child ate or not .. they will always tell you he had two bowls which I doubt because when we pick up the kid at 4PM he is starved ... lucky there is a fruit kiosk close by. Milk ... let's not go there (they dont know if he drank it or not, they dont know how much or when ...they often loose his bottle or better we busted them mixing and matching bottle caps between kids! Finally, it is not surprising that my son is left for hours with his poo on and no one has cleaned him to the degree that his bottom gets red and painful. I told them off many times but again who cares! ... absolutely hopeless care and they are not genuine in their service at all.
