ICar Service

Very happy with an iCar service recently on my Mazda 323. All staff were very welcoming and when I needed a lift to pick up my car, it wasn't a problem. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. My husband also give them a tick for looking at his car recently. My car was washed which was a nice surprise. Something small but appreciated. Give iCar a go next time your car service is due and you will also be supporting your local business of Kallangur.

My car wouldn't start so I phoned and spoke with Michael at iCar. He arrived the next day at exactly the time he said he'd be here. It only took Michael seconds to diagnosis the problem (flat battery) and then advised that the call out would be no charge (like when does that ever happen?). Dealing with Michael was like a breath of fresh air and I found this whole experience positive, which is the complete opposite to any of my previous experiences. Thank you Michael, you will be hearing from me again for my future services!!

I was given the lowest possible quote right through to the worst case scenario with the opportunity to stop at any point, There was no pressure and no gobbledygook. The service itself was excellent with courtesy pick up and delivery I have already recommended these guys to friends and family and will continue to do so. Been looking for a new mechanic since my cousin retired and my father passed away. Quick Google and found Mike at iCar at Kallangur. Always dubious when you go to a new mechanic worried about getting ripped off. Well after chatting to Mike, he knew his stuff and he had to as I took three cars to him in a week. The first was my wife's car which had been over heating the day before but not the next day. Nothing like a intermittent problem to test a new mechanic. Mike had it fixed in no time and a great price. Next was my 4WD Mazda that has been playing up and stopping for no reason at all. 3 RACQ mechanics looked at it and could not figure out the problem. I tell Mike whats going on and next day at a great price the old 4WD is up and running again and have not had any problems since. Last was my 17 year old sons first car, a Nissan Pulsar. Clutch cable and new clutch needed. Once again no problems and the car is going like a new one once again for a great price. There was a couple of same minor problems he found along the way that were fixed for free. Did I mention Mike washes your car , gives you a free iCar key ring and one of the best stubby coolers I have ever owned. Thanks Mike. Great job.
