We dealt with this company last year and when we had problems with the roof repairs they carried out and it needed to be repaired as there was a broken tile left on the roof by Impulse. With the bad weather this year, our ceiling is now ruined and rotten. It took them a month to come and have a look at it after emails and phone calls to their office. After speaking with Ben Stevens, manager of Impulse, I found him to be rude unhelpful and demeaning. The broken tile was removed and taken away from our home by the tiler Warwick.Stevens has indicated that they are not prepared to repair the damaged ceiling. Very unhappy customer. :(

Great service by the team, was a little more expensive but workmanship and end result I am a very happy customer.
