3/3 I purchased some chair covers for my mother but they did not fit correctly so I used the credit tear off at the bottom of my delivery note and posted the items back to Innovations and the credited my bank account back with the full amount straight aw3ay. Also every time I emailed them with a question regarding this transaction they got back to me straight away as well. Great to deal with.
