J&W Computers Bella Vista

Loved my experience with these guys. Bought a Synology NAS and a bunch of hard drives today; they looked into their future promotions (!) and gave a discount that wasn't applicable yet on the date of the purchase, plus installed the hard drives for me, so all I had to do was plug and play. Cudos to J&W staff - will definitely buy from them again!

The people at JW Computers are sensational. I've been dealing with them since they opened at Bella Vista about 5 years ago and they have NEVER let me down. Until I retired a year ago, my local Bella Vista-based business was reliant upon them for service and technical support as well as for the purchase of new equipment. They always responded promptly to any issues we had and, most importantly, they immediately recognised when something was critical and responded virtually instantly. Over the past few months my wife and I were shopping for new computers and they always took time to deal with our queries politely and, most importantly for non-dweebs (techies) - PATIENTLY!!! Yesterday, we bought two more laptops from them: we inspected the product elsewhere, but bought from JW because they have always looked after us. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Henry, George and David always do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it - a real rarity these days! It also helps that they're real gentlemen - another rarity!

I've always had excellent and very friendly service from J&W Computers, and now make them my first stop, when looking for hardware.

Quite amazing we have now got 2 laptops and one desktop from this amazing store. I find all the staff very helpful especially as they had told me much about what i would be looking for in a computer and reccomendations. I was happy on the prices and the quick service recieved. Overall i would say about a 9 out of 10 although the servicing that they do with broken computer is to a high standard and very good i find the amount of time to find the problem and solve it a bit of an issue but still much faster then other services. I thank you and appreciate the high quality that you bring to the business. EXCELLENT

While I have happily dealt with this store face to face, this was my first time ordering a system online. I spoke with a service representative (Henry) who was helpful, informative and efficient. This was a very smooth and easy process and offered me a service that saved me time and money. Thanks!
