JAX Tyres Caulfield

Brought my car here for the Continental tyres special pay for 3 and get 4. Tyres had to ordered in and was promptly called when they had arrived. Car was turned around in 1 hour and the service was amazing. Well done to Mark and the team. I will be back for my next set!

My wife's Astra was brought in and they swapped all 4 tyres, aligned the wheels with efficiency & gave an absolute sensational deal! Everything was easy and with no fuss. What more could you ask for? Thanks to Derek and Nathan for looking after her and for checking the suspension too!

I took my car to Jaxquickfit in Caulfield for a major service and timing belt. The very helpful staff dropped me off to my office in Richmond and picked me up later that day. Mike is a nice guy, but the ringing phone is a higher priority for him than the person standing in front of him. Then he forgets to give you a call once your tyres have arrived (after a 24-hour delay, not his fault I guess). What was supposed to be a next day in and out booking took two days in the end. Anyway, if you're patient enough and don't mind when you're not treated like a VIP, they give you a good advice, fair price and eventually do a good job. You can try to look a bit annoyed in the process and you'll get an extra wheel alignment for free. Try them, I reckon I'll be using them again.
