Fantastic business with great management.

Blew 2 tyres on the boat trailer at Brooklyn (only one spare), 530pm on Thursday before easter long w/e ie next day Good Friday. Made the desperate dash to Gosford in a vein attempt to salvage our boating holiday and ran in to Trevor at Jax. Not only did he reopen the shop and replace a tyre when everyone else was telling us to bugger off, but waited while we drove the 35km back to the boat, changed the tyre, then drove back with the boat in tow. He then proceeded to change all four tyres, offer great advice and entertainment, sending us on our way at 930pm. Thanks also to his delightful son for being patient and waiting for his dad to help us out. What service, what a guy! "Don't worry, I wont leave you high and dry" - and he didn't, we enjoyed a great boating holiday thanks to him. When my tyres need changing I'm driving up to Gosford to support his business

I came there to replace tires on all four wheels and this is what I told them over the phone. When I came there, they advised me to replace only two tires, not all four as the other two were still fine. As I was trying to spend as little as possible, I really appreciated their honesty. This is what I'm calling a good business that is acting in their client's best interest. In the end, I ended up paying less than I was expecting and I will highly recommend them to my friends. The only disappointment was the waiting time (2 hours) but I guess it's probably not unusual for busy and popular shop like this. 5 stars anyway.
