Each time I go into the store there is always anew tech toy to try and the staff know their stuff!

I am sending this review as i cannot ever remember recieving such a poor quality of service at any other retail store. i have kept a record of four of the six times i rang and names of the employees that I spoke with on these occasions.a $40 dvd player that I took a JB HiFi extended warente along with another more expensive product , was to be repaired in 2 weeks. I was told by the first salesperson that the broken dvd player was handed to,it took 6 weeks,approx $60 in phone calls being put on continuous hold for longer than 20 minutes for three of the times and the remaining three i am still waiting for the promised return phone calls. needless to say for the small amount that I may save on your products i fail to see myself purchasing any further products from any of your stores let alone an extended warrentee because by the time you get the item returned it is more than likely to be out of any warentee any awy
