JB Hi-Fi Oaklands Park

Service at JB HI-FI is exceptional. Never have had an issue with them, and they've gone to extraordinary lengths to track down music for me. Selection is second to none.

It is quite noticeable that the staff in this store are surly and rude. I certainly wont be buying from a store with such poor attitude to customer service. I suggest pricing a lot of items at Big W or alternatively Dick Smith will match pricing.

I was a regular customer of JB Hi-Fi in Marion, spending copious amounts of money on their well priced goods. Recently, however, I have noticed a shocking decline in the customer service of staff there. On two occasions now I have waited over 45 minutes for service and have been ignored; on both occasions I ended up leaving the store with a bad taste in my mouth, and without making the purchases I intended to make. I urge anyone wanting to shop at this particular store to do what I am now doing - take advantage of "Seen it cheaper? We'll match it!" deals at places with quality service such as EB games. That way you get the price of JB, and the service that each and every paying customer is entitled to.
