0/3 I had visited the store only to have them do somehting to my hair that was the complete opposite to what i had wanted, the staff were rude and inexperienced. After speaking with head office on many occasions they said the best they could do to fix it was to send me a voucher for next time im in there ! i found in very insulting - as if i am stupid enough to go back there!
