All I can say about Jonathans Bridal is THANK YOU!!!!!!! You made the whole bridal gown experience very memorable. The shop is absolutely divine. The staff could not do enough for me and the gown choice was amazing. AND MY DRESS WAS RIDICULOUS. I love it sooooooo much. I cannot tell you the amount of comments I have received both on the wedding day and after when I show people my photos. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU You guys were the reason why I got to see my husband cry for the first time as I was walking down the aisle. PERFECT STORE AND THE PERFECT DRESSES :) Thanks again girls

Jess and all the girls at Jonathan's Bridal has supplied amazing gowns for our 2011 & 2012 Queensland Rose of Tralee winners to represent us in Ireland along with sponsorship and support for our entrants. The service and level of professionalism is beyond excellent and the care and attention given to each of their customers is heart warming. We will continue to be proud Jonathan's Bridal customers and thank Jess and her team for their undying support and generosity.

Insider-As most brides will know by now they won't be receiving the gowns they have ordered from this store-the scam goes that they will tell you not to worry but then the week of the wedding they wil sell you a used off the rack dress (Guess you have heard 'dresses caught up in customs,factory is slow etc) They have done this to hundreds of brides - push now for a refund from the owner yes she is the owner Jess (she's the one running this scam ) as your dresses were never ordered- Don't blame the staff they haven't been paid in weeks and the website has been taken down-this scam has been going for years to countless brides- Need proof ,drop in to the store on a Saturday and view the line of brides begging for there dresses-think even the staff realize what's going on now(Jess has disappeared overseas) Southport and Loganholme

Jonathons Bridal are the worst business I have ever dealt with. Jess the owner is a pathological liar who cant complete a sentence without contradicting herself. we ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses in Jan and after paying for them customer service went out the door. we tried for weeks to provide them with the measurements and they wouldn't take them when we called stating they will call us back which they didn't. when it came time to pick up the dressess they weren't ready. Jess came up with all the excuses under the sun and it was everyones fault but her own. Two weeks later we still didn't have a delivery date and Jess wasn't returning calls so we confronted her in the store. She told us that the dresses were finish and just had to be shipped. When we pushed further we were told that they hadn't been finished and they would be a furhter 3 weeks. we got one dress earlier however it was so poorly made with uneven panels and the boning was all wrong that we wouldn't accept it. We got a refund. Jess shouldn't be allowed to run a chook raffle let alone a business. Can't wait to see the receivers notice on your door Jess.

DISSATISFIED. I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I went through. Waited months and months for my dress all to be given the wrong dress a couple weeks out from my wedding. Can't believe the dress was not checked prior to my fitting let alone expected me to accept a dress that did not really resemble anything close to what I had tried on or ordered (plus paid for in full)!! The girls in the shop tried to handle it the best they could but ended up not getting anything from Jonathans Bridal's management (except a forced half hearted apology after numerous emails from me). I did end up getting a dress in time for my wedding but the 'enjoyable' experience of trying on/getting a wedding dress was certainly not provided by Jonathan's Bridal. I definitely wouldn't want any other future bride to go through the gut wrenching experience that I was put through.
