Clean and tidy dental clinic, with lots of modern technology. I was very happy with my treatment, my private insurance paid on the spot, I only had to pay the gap. The receptionist and assistants were so helpful and made my dental experience so nice. I will be returning!!

A good practice with nice rooms and friendly staff. The prices are a bit expensive but the dentist seemed to genuinely care and took time to explain everything. They also have a camera that takes photos of your teeth which is really cool!

Caring staff and very clean and modern. All my friends and myself have only had the best treatment from the staff at Katoomba Dental Centre. They have the latest modern equipment and best of all DONT use MERCURY fillings. I have never had a problem getting an appointment especially when i was in pain and i was treated well and my pain went away. Best dentists in the Blue Mountains.

I had several fillings done and could not eat for the next 3 months. The dentist failed to diagnose an abscess in one tooth and had caused irreversible pulpitis when disturbing the roots in 2 other teeth, causing me months of pain and requiring $15000 (my house deposit) in treatment to fix. Am told the older dentist is good but you cannot get into see him.

They don't care for emergency patients - their receptionist told me to go to the hospital instead of trying to fit me in so I could see a proper dentist. She also suggested I go to Penrith instead of bothering to tell me there are other dental practices in the area. Avoid - they don't care about patients.
