BEWARE!!! DONT get your car serviced from here! 4 times I had to take my car back for them to fix the same diagnosed problem. An oil leak from the oil coolant housing. Usually when oil leaks it drips all down to the bottom of the engine. So when you go to clean the spill you don't just clean the top of the engine (which didn't show any oil leaks) but you clean the bottom where it leaks to! Then I found 2 other problems: they snapped my radiator overflow cap then twisted it back on, hoping I would not see it. And exposed a wiring loom (apparently from the 'steam clean"). I was shocked to think they didn't even fix this, until I popped the bonnet and brought it to the supervisor's attention (Igor). And if that isn't enough said they tried ripping me off to get a coil pack replaced for $660 (parts and labour). Mmmm, Burson's charge $240 for the part, and to pop in a coil pack requires 2 bolts to be unscrewed, connect the wire loom and replace the spark plugs. DECEITFUL, GREEDY & UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! I will be making formal complaints to the manager!

Disgusting Liars. We were trying to purchase 2 VEHICLES from these people. Gave us run around for 2 days when they knew we needed them urgently. Finally admitted to us they had NO PAPER WORK on one of them (after taking our deposit for the vehicles). Offered to make it up to us by offering a deal on the first car and another car from their lot, THEN PULLED THE OFFER AN HOUR LATER!!! Then started ignoring phone calls....Have reported to VACC....AVOID THESE LYING CROOKS AT ALL COSTS

For the last 5 years my mom-in-law's car has been serviced at a higher than market price rates by them and when I noticed the engine oil had a log of gunk they didnt take any interest in replacing it. Very poor customer service. Wont ever go back.

We recently bought a used car off this dealership and it was a much better customer experience than my previous experiences with car dealerships. Not pushy, happy to take time to go through our concerns, and were open about what they could do for us. I'd have to agree with the testimonials on their website - staff here understand what customer service is all about - they won't push you for a hard sell like you find at many other dealerships (e.g. on extras / features etc). At the end of the day we came away feeling geniunely happy about our purchase, knowing we paid a good price and got a good deal on our trade in. Definately worth checking out if they stock the car you are after.
