KFC Kelmscott

Walking into the fast food outlet, your greeted with a very rushed "hello, what can i get you?" without having a chance to actually look at the menu first. Upon finally deciding what to order, having taken a chance and trying something new from a promo banner displayed on a bare wall tucked away in the corner. I looked forward to tasting the this new burger..as i waited for my order, i scanned the displayed picture, salivating over the impressive layers of ingredients. I finally opened the clumsily wrapped burger and discovered a mound of poorly put together slop on top of what looked like slush. The burger looked nothing like the picture, a complete mess and i could not find the fried onions but discovered from the staff member she put it in with coleslaw which made it soggy and disgusting. It was horrible. The side of chicken was also terrible, the chicken was dry, it tasted old and re-fried, the batter looked shriveled and was hard to bite. I do not recommend this particular outlet, i have been to others with no problems at all.

Service is generally pretty average, but since it's mostly kids working you can't expect much.
