Killara Inn Hotel & Conference Centre

O My Goodness i have never spoke to a ruder manager on the phone. Please take my advise, i booked the bridal party to stay here without reading the other reviews. I can say the other people were right. NEVER ever go here unless you want added stress to your trip. They overcharge and don't answer your emails once they've charged you. They don't care. It is terrible.

Spacious conference room, exquisite cuisine and hospitable employees...all the qualities one looks for in an affordable accommodation.

WARNING DISHONEST . They overcharged my credit card before i even stayed there ,the they charged me again when i got there, the place looks nothing like the pictures at all ! I am in the process of taking them to court to get back my money as they double charged me and will not answer my emails ! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK . Thanks to them they wrecked my wedding weekend. AVOID - This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Firstly, upon arrival they took an imprint of our credit card then charged the full two weeks stay upfront without our knowledge. Then when we cut our stay short (because the room was disgusting) they wouldn't refund the balance of our money. We had to take them to court to get our money back (which we did successfully). Watch out for these guys, they also own other motels in north Sydney so stay at your peril!

We booked the Inn for 4 nights and paid $175 per night for a Deluxe Room. When we came back the 1. day we found our room door unlocked and informed the receptionist. He apologised and promised it won't happen again. Sadly our room door wasn't locked on the second day either and when we went to see the receptionist he explained, that our door is different to all the others, but promissed he will take care of it. On the third day the door was open again!!!! Lucky us, nothing was missing!!!
