3/3 What excellent service, dropped in yesterday to purchase a nice SLR Camera , the staff as usual were more than helpful unlike most of the larger chain stores who have no idea about customer service.... They were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful... I left with a fantastic new Pentax SLR & piece of mind.... Phil

1/3 The service here is strange and largely dependent on who helps you. Last time I went in the person who was helping me seemed to alternate between rather pleasant and extremely unfriendly. They have a decent selection of new and second hand gear but i wouldn't go out of your way if another shop is closer to you.
