Kmart Northland

Well all was going great, its a great store! But my complaint is about the customer service. We had bought a lot of items as we are in the process of moving out, so there was a lot of things to scan, bag and put back in our trolley. Now my first complaint is that MADDIE with blonde hair (teenage girl prob still going to school as well - yes im naming and shaming - I love it!!! Pity i don't know her last name!!) who worked late Thursday night 3/10/13 looked stoned as! (and i would know this, trust me ;) ) and after paying for everything she said she thought she forgot to scan some items, so got them back out and checked if they had been or not, Maddie then told us she hadn't scanned them by looking at our docket for a couple of minutes and thinking they were'nt on there. She asked me to pay for them again, but before i said ok, i looked at the docket and seen the items on there straight away!!!! Lesson - do not come to work stoned off your head withoiut being able to do a simple "scan and pack it in a bag" job. And if you do have difficulty with this (simple jobs), I'm afraid to say - life's gonna be hard for you!!
