That's a cheap market and very nice

I took my car to KMart Tyre and Auto at Marion for new tyres. When I left the car everything except the tyres were fine. When I went to get back into my car after paying the driver's side door lock was broken. First they said there was nothing wrong with it then they said I'd done something to it. I insisted they fix it - they refused until I rang the customer service number on the back of the form. I had to cancel all afternoon appointments and wait for them to fix the lock. When I picked up the car they were still trying to say oh it wasn't us it was wear and tear even though everything was fine when I left the car with them. I was sick of the abuse so I walked away. When I got home I found they fixed the lock on the driver's side by destroying the lock on the passenger side door - I put the key in the pasenger side lock and the whole assembly fell out completely. I have called the customer service line again and I am waiting to hear back about them fixing the lock. NO STARS - I'D GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. Offensive and abusive staff that refused to acknowledge the damage they did when asked to fix what they broke in the first place.
