0/3 The units are nearly 20 years old. Those that are furnished need that replaced. They also need new paint and new carpets. The fittings for these units are cheap and break frequently. Worth it if you want something close to buses and shops, but negotiate these down, as you can do significantly better in the area for the same money they ask.
