We went here for a Sunday lunch. They offered wine by the glass and a variety of light lunch dishes cooked in their wood fired oven. There was a musician with a guitar, who was very good, playing unobtrusively in the background. You could sit inside or outside, both had good views. Decor was pretty basic, but there was a nice open fire. Staff and patrons were very friendly even though it was quite busy. We had a pizza for our meal. It just under 20 dollars and was outstanding. The other food, going to and coming back from the oven, which was outside and accessible, looked great too. We shared an affogato for dessert which was also great. We drank the 2009 Shiraz and Pinot Noir, and when we expressed interest in the 2010 Pinot they gave us a taste. The 2009 Pinot (about $40 a bottle?) was pretty good. The Shiraz was also good. The 2010 Pinot (on special for 130 dollars for a half case) was, in my opinion, a bit of a lightweight. We'll definitely go back. Great food, great service, and nice atmosphere.

OUTSTANDING boutique winery with awesome views. We stop by most times on our way home from Bendigo. It is such a relaxing place. We love sipping a cold chardonnay, in the late afternoon watching the sun set over the ranges. Truely a magnificent spot. The wood-fired pizzas rock too!
