1/3 If your after attentive customer service book in on weekday. They tend to overbook their Saturday bookings and being a small store it can get quiet chaotic and claustrophobic.

1/3 Reasonably low price for reasonable quality bridal gowns off the shelf. However, if you wanted to get one made to order, an additional 20% will be charged on top of the price. Score: 7/10
