Laing Simmons Kingsford

Had misfortune to come across Very Very Pushy, Very Negative estate agent Tass Evgeniou last weekend. He was having some dispute with another agent (who was polite, quick and not pushy) with another open property close by. This Tass actually stunned me by spending the best part of 15 minutes complaining bitterly about the other agent, while refusing to tell me how much the vendors wanted for the property - until he finished his long long rant, as well as repeatedly telling me he was in the property during viewing time. He was not there when I viewed, but instead insisted I come back into the property (I was nearly free!) so he could take my details (and complain bitterly about His issue, at ridiculous length.) Seriously, has this guy had any training in dealing with the public? He has cured me of pushy agents (though have never come across one anywhere near as bad as this.) He then followed up by phone (having got Both my first name and surname wrong!) telling me that actually he was right. Had to tell him TWICE on the phone - very - clearly - "I do not want to engage in another conversation with you." Very poor representative of your company. Would not like to deal with Laing + Simmons Kingsford again. Plenty more real estate agents with better manner (all of them?) and more realistic pricing strategies.
