I now live in London and was visiting my mum with my British partner who, despite it being winter, wanted a dip in Brighton Beach. My mum ordered a coffee from the Pavillion Kiosk and sat outside the restaurant with our bags and clothes whilst my partner and I prepared for a swim. The manager stormed out and just started swearing at us to move and that we weren't welcome there. We explained that my mum had bought a drink and there was no need for him to treat us in such an appalling manner, to which he responded with more swearing and demanded we leave. It honestly left us embarrassed and furious and ruined our morning. We were planning on having lunch there after our swim but he has lost our business and that of anyone we know for good. Disgusting to swear at an elderly woman and two young adults in such a way!

We have had several meals at the restaurant and also held a very important family event at Le Sands. The food, service and facilities are all excellent. Highly recommended.

The worst function customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, unhelpful. It was for my special day and it has turned me off ever using this venue. Venues in the City and Watsons Bay are way nicer, better service and better value.
